This notice explains how CLOUPT handles personal information when you visit this website, contact us, or request account deletion.

Who is responsible?

CLOUPT is operated by CLOUPT LTD, the company responsible for the personal information described in this notice. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@cloupt.com.

Information we handle

• Account deletion requests: your email address, the game or service name, any player ID and additional details you choose to provide, your confirmation that you are requesting deletion, and the request reference, submission time and review status.
• Direct correspondence: your email address and the information you include when contacting us.
• Technical information: hosting and security providers process connection information such as IP addresses and request metadata to deliver the service and prevent abuse. We do not include your IP address in the stored deletion-request record.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card information or identity documents through the deletion form.

Why we use it

We use this information to answer enquiries, locate the relevant account, verify your authority to request deletion, handle your request and protect the service from abuse. Where data protection law requires a lawful basis, we rely on our legal obligations for applicable rights requests and our legitimate interests in handling correspondence and operating a secure service.

We do not use deletion-request information for advertising or sell it.

Storage and service providers

Deletion requests are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket with EU storage jurisdiction. The request service runs on Cloudflare Workers. Only authorised company personnel and service providers acting for us should have access to the request records. There is no public request directory or download endpoint.

Cloudflare operates globally and may process technical information outside your country. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and customer data processing addendum for information about its processing and international-transfer safeguards.

How long we keep information

We retain deletion-request records while handling the request and for as long as necessary to document the outcome or meet applicable legal obligations. Records are removed by authorised staff when they are no longer needed; there is no automatic expiry timer for these records. Correspondence is kept only for as long as needed to handle the matter and meet applicable legal obligations. The request record is separate from the account data you ask us to delete.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not use analytics tracking scripts. Fonts are served from this website rather than fetched from a third-party font service. Security providers may process technical information to protect requests.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to processing, and receive certain information in a portable format. Some rights have conditions or exceptions. Contact hello@cloupt.com to make a request, or use the account deletion page.

We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity. Where UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, requests are normally answered within one month; permitted extensions and exceptions may apply. You can also raise a concern with the data protection authority in your country. For the UK, see the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Games and other services

This notice covers this website, correspondence and the deletion-request process. Individual games may process additional information and use other services. Their applicable privacy information should be provided with those games; this notice does not describe unannounced game integrations or data collection.
