Account deletion

Request deletion of your account and associated personal data for a CLOUPT game or service.

What happens next

Submitting this form sends a request for review. It does not immediately delete an account. We may contact you at the email address you provide to verify account ownership and clarify which account should be deleted.

After verification, we will review the request and delete eligible account information. Deletion may remove your profile, saved progress and other information associated with the account, and may be irreversible. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We will explain any applicable exception when handling your request.
